"Pretty decent sale, discount worked"

When my order arrived, I noticed right away that the box was crushed. Thankfully I checked everything inside, but the packaging definitely didn’t make the best first impression.

"Fit was a little unpredictable"
I ordered my usual size, thinking it’d fit like most of my other tees, but it ended up feeling a bit snug, especially around the chest. The length was totally fine though, so that part was okay. I don’t know, maybe it’s just the cut of it or maybe I’m between sizes with this brand. It’s not awful or anything, I’ll still probably wear it, but the sizing didn’t feel quite right to me. If I ordered again, I’d probably go one size up.

The return did get processed in the end, so I’ll give them that, but the whole experience felt a bit careless. Emails took way too long to get a response, and the refund was slower than I expected. It wasn’t a total disaster, just frustrating because it seemed like nobody was really paying attention until I had to wait it out.

"Sizing’s been reliable so far"
I’ve ordered a few tees from here now, and the sizing has actually been consistent each time. I usually get a medium and it fits how I’d expect, not super tight but not all loose and weird either. that part has been great. Shipping, however, was mildly disappointing and took longer than I would’ve liked, so I’m taking off one star...

"Support was actually helpful"
I ran into a small problem with my order and wasn’t really sure what I should do, so I just sent a message to velvet-tees.com support. They was quick to reply, and it didn’t feel like one of those canned copy-paste answers either.
They explained things in a really simple way and got it fixed without turning it into some big hassle. It made me feel better about shopping there again. Nice experience overall.

"Color was way off, honestly kind of a joke"
I ordered the navy tee expecting it to look like the photos, but when it showed up it was basically purple. Like, not even close. The product pics are super misleading, and dealing with the return was a whole pain in the ass. Annoying experience overall...

I had a small question about my order and ended up reaching out to customer service. Everything was fine overall, and they did get back to me with the info I needed. It just took a few days to hear back, so if you’re in a hurry, that might be something to keep in mind.

"Nice shirt, but kinda expected more"
The velvet tee is really soft and comfy, but after one wash I noticed the stitching looked kinda uneven. It’s still totally wearable, I just expected the quality to be a little better for the price.

"Pretty good stock overall"
I was happy with the selection. Most of the colors and sizes I checked were available, which isn’t always the case on other sites. One shade I wanted was sold out, so it wasn’t perfect, but still way better than a lot of places I’ve looked. Ordering was easy enough too. I’d give it 5 stars if they restocked a little faster.

"Not really worth the money"
I was disappointed. The shirts are just average, but the price makes it feel like they should be way better. On top of that, the constant aggressive reminders were really annoying and made the whole experience feel pushy. I don’t think I’d buy again.

The shirts are nice, and I’m not saying they’re bad or anything, but I’m still not totally convinced the prices make sense. A few things felt a little high for what you actually get, especially once shipping gets added on. It’s not like I feel scammed or anything, so don’t take it that way, it’s just kind of average value. I’d probably order again if there was a decent sale.

"Not sure it was worth it"
I’m kind of disappointed with my order. Maybe I was expecting too much, but the shirt just didn’t feel like it matched the price. The whole order felt a bit underwhelming to me. I keep wondering if I’m being too picky, but I don’t think I’d order from here again.

When I first opened velvet-tees.com, my immediate reaction was that the designs weren’t really my style, and that kind of stuck with me as I kept browsing. A lot of the shirts felt either too plain or a bit outdated, and the color choices didn’t do much for me either. I was hoping to find something more fun or eye-catching, but nothing really jumped out. Overall, just not my taste...

"Got here faster than I expected"
I ordered two tees and they got to me in about 4 days, so it was quicker than I thought it’d be. The tracking seemed to update normally too. I’m only knocking off one star because it kind of sat there for a day before anything happened, or whatever that was.

"Order came just right"
Ordered 3 velvet tees in different colors and sizes, and was just hoping nothing got mixed up.
Came exactly how I picked everything on the site. Sizes were right, colors were right, and the quantity was right too. No missing items or weird swaps.
Pretty simple experience, but that’s all I really wanted. Would definitely order again.
